My ‘familyhistory’ was a collection of random pieces of paper
and good intentions. Elsa took this starting point and applied
her research skills and the rest is history!

Elsa researches carefully and thoroughly. Her attention to
detail and the desire to ensure accuracy means that I am
confident that the information she has gathered is accurate
and detailed. Where possible Elsa will use multiple sources
to double check and confirm her findings.
